All field events with the execption of the pole v/ High j will consist of 4 rounds.
In the event of you missing a round you must move on to the next.
All competitors must produce a current WMAA & AAW Membership/Registration card.
Mary (Cardiff meetings) & Darryn (Newport meeting) will do there best to find officials for the evening, but with so many meetings now taking place we are sometimes stretched and find we have to call on the same people over and over again, in the event of us being short on the evening and no Officials/helpers can be found , that event may be cancelled.
